Rob Young is a graduate student at the UW Evans School of Policy and Governance, earning his Master’s in Public Administration. Prior to starting graduate school this fall, he taught middle school social studies for three years in Northern Virginia after earning his teaching degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Rob is looking to study social policy, specifically expanding on his background in education to understand how issues related to equity are perpetuated and maintained in school systems. Outside of school, Rob enjoys camping and rock climbing and can’t wait to spend more time adventuring around the Seattle area.
