Zhengkai Li

Zhengkai Li is currently a UW math Ph.D. student. Zhengkai earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester in mathematics with minors in economics and Japanese. During her time at the University of Rochester, she worked as a teaching assistant for the honors math sequence and intermediate micro-economics, as a tutor for game theory, and for the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. The summer before beginning her Ph.D. program at UW, she worked as a counselor for the Program in Mathematics for Young Scientists, where she coached high school students on exploratory number theory problems. In her free time, she enjoys Chinese calligraphy, reading novels, skiing, and road trips.
