A shutterbug is someone who is enthusiastic about photography. Anyone can point and shoot, but to take good photographs, you must learn the art and science behind photography. This is a “pre-digital” class that focuses on the science of creating images. Students in this class will take their first steps to mastering the process by assembling their own simple “pinhole camera” and applying what they have learned about the physics of optics and the rules of composition. This winter session Saturday Enrichment course is for 4th and 5th graders. To register for this class, or to see all of our Winter 2019 classes, go to our Saturday Enrichment web page. Classes begin January 12th.
