I’m one of the founders of Clerky – we build software to help companies and lawyers get legal paperwork done. Prior to Clerky, I was an attorney in Orrick’s Silicon Valley office, specifically practicing in the Technology Companies Group. Prior to law school, I was briefly a software engineer at Redfin and some other startups.
