Peter Wilson (he/him) was raised in Bothell, WA, and received a B.A. in English from Washington State University and an M.A. in Teaching from Seattle Pacific University. I have been an educator since 1999 when I taught computer skills in downtown Tucson, AZ!  I enjoy a good full moon with my wife, baseball games, time with my nieces and nephews, saltwater, the outdoors, book club, live music, deep breaths, a hearty classroom discussion, and chatting about memorable reading experiences. I love it when students correspond and share that they are working as ghostwriters, students, city planners, teachers, baristas, veterinarians, sports journalists, nurses, designers, and whatnot! One day in my class, a student looking into a microscope said, “Teacher, my paramecium looks like the Santa Maria!” Moments like this bring me a remarkable amount of joy.
