Charlie Mahoney (he/him) loves cities and learning about them! He has spent his career designing learning experiences and conducting research on educational technologies to serve and support youth. He is a Ph.D. student in Learning Sciences and Human Development in the UW College of Education. His current research examines the role of learning in creating healthier, more just built environments. This involves partnering with community organizations to include people of all ages in imagining and designing our neighborhoods. In his free time, he loves to meander around Seattle, encountering and exploring its past, present, and yet-to-be-created future.
