The UW Undergraduate Research Symposium is an annual, day-long celebration of undergraduate accomplishment in research, scholarship and creative expression. Students from all three UW campuses and other local institutions present their research spanning over one hundred disciplines. This public event offers a wonderful forum for undergraduates to gain experience presenting their work and to engage in scholarly discussion with the UW community and guests who attend.

Every year, Robinson Center students present at the symposium, and this year was no different. Thirty-four RC students shared innovative research exploring topics such as artificial intelligence, disease detection and treatment, cybersecurity, neuroscience, autism and mental health, genetics, human development, and the ways technology shapes society and culture. We congratulate these students on sharing their research and contributing to the vibrant culture of academic excellence and community at the University of Washington!
