The Robinson Center for Young Scholars (RC) respects your privacy and appreciates your trust in us. Information collected by the RC will be used to maintain, improve, and administer our website, provide products and services that you request, administer your account, personalize your online experience, and inform you about products and services that might be of interest to you. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional RC news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. The RC will not share your information with any person or organization unless required by law.

The Robinson Center makes every effort to ensure the security of its network and systems. We have a valid 128-bit-SSL Certificate and all of our financial transactions are encrypted over the SSL connection.

The University of Washington, the governing entity whose mission the RC encompasses, is an agency of the State of Washington and as such is subject to the provisions of the Washington Public Disclosure Act (Chapter 42.17 RCW).

Refund Policy

The Robinson Center for Young Scholars is committed to customer satisfaction and will work with your family to achieve reasonable accommodations. In general, unless stated otherwise, application or registration fees and program fees or tuition costs are non-refundable.

Students withdrawing from any of the Robinson Center programs due to physical and/or mental debilitation, death or serious illness in the immediate family, or other extenuating circumstances beyond their control may be eligible for an emergency withdrawal. If you believe that your child falls into this category, please contact our Administrator, Kim Lee, by email at kctlee@uw.edu immediately to petition for a withdrawal and pro-rated refund.
