
LeAnne Wiles (she/her) is the Executive Director for Academic Success & Student Transition in Undergraduate Academic Affairs. She supports units in the Robinson Center (Transition School & Enrichment Programs), New Student and Transfer Programs, and Communications and Marketing. She has served in several roles focused on student academic success guided by the philosophy of student meaning-making. She strives to empower all individuals to understand how various factors (prior knowledge, contextual, personal) influence decision-making and assist with their success. LeAnne focuses on creating and cultivating supportive environments that provide students, faculty, and staff with resources, guidance, and opportunities to develop their skills and abilities. Moving beyond imparting knowledge but assessing how you take action for the collective good.
LeAnne has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Pacific Lutheran University, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Delaware, and a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional credential.
