Associate Director of RC Scholars (Early Entrance & UW Academy Program)
Brooke Martin-Gill

Brooke Martin-Gill comes to the Robinson Center after spending nearly five years as a Middle College High School Academic Counselor in Northern California where she worked to connect students who are traditionally underrepresented in higher education with educational pathways leading to postsecondary degrees. She has a passion for education and works hard to inspire the young adults with whom she works to become lifelong learners. Brooke received her MSEd in School Counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2019 and will complete her PhD in Education, emphasizing organizational systems, at Seattle Pacific University in 2025. Coming to the University of Washington feels like a full circle moment for Brooke as she was the mascot, Hoby the Husky, for her high school. She is looking forward to reconnecting with the Husky spirit and being part of the Robinson Center and University of Washington community.
