Jay Aquinas Thompson (they/them) is a poet, essayist, and teacher and the author of the memoir “The Resurrection Appearances: Fragments of a Daybook” (Gold Line Press). They have an Master in Fine Arts in Poetry from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master in Teaching (English/Language Arts) from Seattle University. They’ve been awarded grants and fellowships from Seattle CityArtists, the Sustainable Arts Foundation, and King County 4Culture.
