
Noah Nguyen is a Ph.D. student in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Washington’s College of Engineering. Originally from Vietnam, she earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from UW Bothell. Deeply committed to promoting educational equity, Noah has held a variety of roles in higher education and is passionate about shaping public policy to create more inclusive and accessible learning environments. She thrives on connecting with others and building community across disciplines and experiences. She is a proud recipient of both the Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer and Graduate Scholar Scholarships. Outside of academics and advocacy, Noah enjoys bouldering, running, hiking, and reading.
