
Kaleolani (Kaleo) Laymon is thrilled to serve as the EEP/Academy Academic Counselor at the Robinson Center. Kaleo graduated from Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (focusing on Writing, Rhetoric, and Speech Communication) and Dance & Movement Studies, and later earned her master’s degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. Kaleo is passionate about helping students navigate life transitions, explore their academic interests, and develop a greater understanding of themselves as learners and leaders. She aims to provide guidance, encouragement, and a welcoming space for students as they navigate their higher education journey. A self-proclaimed hobby collector, outside of work, Kaleo enjoys being outdoors, crocheting, dancing, and searching for the best coffee and croissant pairing in Seattle.
