As a visual designer and geographer, Dr. Yen-Chu Weng is passionate about understanding and representing the world through numbers, maps, and data analytics. Dr. Weng has been teaching Environmental Studies at the University of Washington since 2013. One of her popular courses is Data Analysis in Environmental Studies. This summer, she is excited to share her love for evidence-based data visualization with young scholars with an eye for both the arts and sciences.
