The UW Academy would like to remind families and students that we are approaching various important deadlines for our application.
First and foremost, I would like to remind students that the last day to register for the ACT is January 10th. This registration means that the student will take the test on 02/08/2020. Please note that we will not accept scores from exams after that testing date.
The second thing to remember is that we highly recommend applying for FAFSA or WASFA (WASFA is the financial aid program for undocumented students in the state of Washington). The applications for FAFSA or WASFA for the University of Washington are due on January 15th. Even if you do not think that you need financial aid, applying is a good idea because some scholarships require that you have an application on file. Applying for either financial aid program does not require you to accept any aid that may be rewarded.
