Spend the summer engaged with thought-provoking questions. Our summer programs still have space available in several philosophy courses. Summer Challenge (for current 5th and 6th graders) offers two courses that look at the "big picture" questions that have intrigued philosophers for centuries: I Think So! Philosophy and Thought Exploration and Inquiring Minds. For current 7th-9th graders, the Summer Stretch program has two courses examining ethical issues: Are We There Yet? Philosophy and Critical Thought, and What Should I Do? Exploring Ethical Dilemmas. A third course, Believing in Things We Cannot See: The Problem of Unobserved Entities in Science is a journey into the philosophy of science. Join us!
