Summer Challenge ‘Intro to Robotics’ Sumo Contest

Students in the Summer Challenge ‘Intro to Robotics’ class are working hard to build robots for their upcoming Sumo Contest, which takes place Friday June 18th from 12:45 – 1:45 PM.


Summer Challenge ‘Next City’ Field Trip to the Seattle Central Library

Last Friday July 11th, the Summer Challenge students in ‘Next City’ took a field trip to explore the Seattle Central Library! The students spent some time learning about the architecture, planning, and construction of the building.


Robinson Center 2014 Graduation Ceremony

We will be holding our annual RC Graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 5th, 2014 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the Vista Cafe (located in William H. Foege Hall on the UW Seattle campus).

Prospective UW Academy students are encouraged to sign up for a UW Academy Visit Day, where they will be allowed to meet and ask questions of Academy staff, take a campus tour, and sit in on UW classes. 


Saturday Enrichment Program Registration Begins January 6

Check our course listings for more information about our offerings for Winter 2014! We have Math, Creative Writing, Philosophy and Science for grades K-8. Saturday classes begin January 18 and run through March 8.
