When to fill out an Event Request

As soon as you know your program wish to hold a specific event in the current or upcoming quarter, please fill out an event request and circulate it by your program's director, administrator, and, if this is a new event, the RC's director. Every expected expense related to the event must go on the event form, but it is not necessary to know all the details before creating the form, as the administrator and/or event coordinator are responsible for securing space and catering.

When the Event Request is completely filled out, start routing for approval signatures: Event Request Approval Flow

Altering Existing Event Requests

You can fill out the form with the date, time, estimated attendees, and descriptions of what you think you will need and perhaps what it might cost. The administrator or event coordinator will let you know if anything else is required for an event. If you need to change/add/update anything related to the event, let someone know immediately and edit the ORIGINAL form. Do not create a new event form.
