- The regular tuition for the 2025-2026 Saturday Enrichment program is $295 for each course, plus a non-refundable $25 registration fee.
- Tuition for the special December Session is $250, plus a non-refundable $25 registration fee
- Tuition and fees are due no later than three days after acceptance into a class, but no later than the Thursday before the course starts, whichever comes first.
- If payment is not received, the student will be removed from the waitlist and lose priority.
- Financial aid may be requested upon acceptance into the program.
- Tuition and fee waivers may be awarded to families who are eligible for the federal free or reduced school lunch program.
- We will give financial aid to all eligible families, on a first-come first-served basis, until our financial aid funds for Saturday classes are exhausted.
- The Seattle Public Schools website lists the federal income eligibility guidelines for free and reduced lunch here.
- Documents must be submitted through the ‘Make a Payment’ page of your Robinson Center account.
To demonstrate eligibility for financial aid, you must submit ONE of the following once your Saturday Program tuition is due:
- Documentation of eligibility for the free/reduced lunch program for the 2025-26 school year;
- Copy of the first page of your 2024-2025 1040-tax form showing your income;
- Evidence of current participation in Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF);
- Evidence of receipt of current Basic Food/SNAP benefits;
- Participation in the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR);
- Documentation that the student is currently in the foster care system.
We are not able to provide tuition assistance for students residing outside of Washington State.
Providing this information will not disadvantage you. Information supplied to the Robinson Center is intended for internal use only. It is understood that this information will be used only in computing the amount of financial assistance for which the student may qualify, and that it will not be released to any other party. Financial Aid
- All withdrawals must be communicated in writing via email.
- Specific deadlines for withdrawal are detailed in the table below.
- Withdrawals received before the specified deadlines are eligible for a full or 50% refund of the course fee, minus the $25 non-refundable registration fee.
- After the specified deadlines, only withdrawing due to documented extenuating circumstances may be eligible for a refund—including but not limited to severe medical conditions (outside of common illnesses like cold, flu and COVID); severe mental health concerns; death in the immediate family.
- A full refund, including the registration fee, will be issued if the class is canceled by the RC.
- A prorated refund on a per-class basis will be offered in the event that a class is cancelled by the RC for unforeseen circumstances.
- Exceptions for Extenuating Circumstances: Tuition refunds after the deadline may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of documented extenuating circumstances and are subject to the discretion of the Program Director. Registration fees are not refunded.

Refunds
Once enrollment is confirmed, students may request a transfer to a different course by contacting us via email.
- Transfers are free of charge.
- Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to course availability.
- The deadline to request a transfer is the registration close date.
