- The tuition for the 2024-25 Saturday Enrichment program is $250 for each course, plus a non-refundable $25 registration fee per course.
- Tuition and fees are due no later than five days after acceptance into a class, but no later than three days before the quarter starts (the Wednesday before the first class).
- If payment is not received, the student will be removed from the waitlist and lose priority.
- Financial aid may be requested upon acceptance into the program.
In the event that you register after the first day of class:

- Tuition will not be prorated and you will be charged the full price of the 8 week course.
- Payment is due within 24 hours of acceptance into a class.
- The last day to register is the Wednesday after the first class.
Robinson Center Saturday Program Refund Policy
- RC Saturday allows withdrawal from courses up to specific dates that will be outlined once registration opens. The registration fee will not be refunded.
- When the program is within two weeks or active, only students withdrawing for extenuating circumstances beyond their control may be eligible for an emergency withdrawal.
- If you match these criteria, please contact us by email at rcenrich@uw.edu to request a withdrawal and prorated refund.
- A full refund will be made if the class is canceled by the Robinson Center.
Financial Aid
- Tuition and fee waivers may be awarded to families who are eligible for the federal free or reduced school lunch program.
We will give financial aid to all eligible families, on a first-come first-served basis, until our financial aid funds for Saturday classes are exhausted. - The Seattle Public Schools website lists the federal income eligibility guidelines for free and reduced lunch here.
To demonstrate eligibility for financial aid, you must submit ONE of the following:
- Documentation of eligibility for the free/reduced lunch program for the 2023-24 school year;
- Copy of the first page of your 2023 1040-tax form showing your income;
- Evidence of current participation in Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF);
- Evidence of receipt of current Basic Food/SNAP benefits;
- Participation in the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR);
- Documentation that the student is currently in the foster care system.
NOTE: We are not able to provide tuition assistance for students residing outside of Washington State.
Documents must be submitted through the ‘Make a Payment’ page of your Robinson Center account. Providing this information will not disadvantage you. Please note that when you apply for financial aid, you will be prompted to complete the release forms required for our program before you can upload your documentation.
