The Robinson Center for Young Scholars is committed to customer satisfaction and will work with your family to achieve reasonable accommodations. In general, unless stated otherwise, application or registration fees and program fees or tuition costs are non-refundable.
Students withdrawing from any of the Robinson Center programs due to physical and/or mental debilitation, death or serious illness in the immediate family, or other extenuating circumstances beyond their control may be eligible for an emergency withdrawal. If you believe that your child falls into this category, please contact us by email at rcys@uw.edu immediately to petition for a withdrawal and pro-rated refund.
