The Robinson Center values its callers and makes ease-of-contact and responsiveness a high priority. When answering calls or emails, make sure you get a name, reason for contact, and an email address or phone number. Forward the party to the appropriate staff member or program email promptly and with all pertinent information. No one should have to call/email the center twice to get the information they’re looking for. Once someone calls or emails, the staff is responsible to follow up until they have no further needs with which we can assist.

The main phone line should be answered by any and all available staff at the RC. If the Administrative Assistant is unavailable, all RC staff should be on call to answer the phone.
